2. Using Itinero

Itinero is a personal travel planner that helps you organize destinations, accommodation, activities, flights and budgets in one place. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the trips, notes, links and other content you add to Itinero. By storing content in the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you add. Travel details such as flights and bookings may be enriched automatically, but you should always verify them with the relevant provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to store or share unlawful content.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Itinero available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itinero and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
